Thanks to the antennas, which feature four ultra-wideband 5G LTE components, four WiFi 2.4/5.0GHz components and a high-performance GPS/GNSS antenna, HONGKEI provided them with the robust and reliable wireless connectivity they needed.

Designed for the latest generation of LTE Cat 18/20 routers and devices, this rugged, low-profile antenna consists of up to 11 components, including four isolated high-performance antenna components covering 617-960/1710-6000MHz, up to six optional dual-band components covering 2.4 and 5.0/7.2GHz to support WiFi's MiMo/Split set operation, and an optional high-performance GPS/GNSS antenna with integrated 26dB gain LNA and high-quality filtering that delivers unmatched positioning accuracy.

It can support the use of many terminals without the need for a metal grounding layer and maintains a high level of performance even when mounted on non-metallic surfaces. And is designed to be suitable for operation in the harshest conditions.

By installing two antennas on each fire engine, the fire department has ensured that any location in the area can have flexible wireless communications and seamless connectivity. They have also fed back that surrounding areas where connectivity was once not possible no longer have any issues and speeds are even higher than before across the district, which has greatly improved the efficiency and safety of the whole firefighting process.
